Thanks for writing in today, Eric. We are sorry to hear about your difficulties and would be happy to help point you in the right direction.
Please note that our website is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you are not using the newest version of one of these browsers, it's possible you're not able to view all features of our site, and we suggest making this update. You may also want to clear your cache and cookies; sometimes that fixes any browser issues. If the problem persists, please disable any plug-ins and restore your browser defaults. Or, as you`ve noticed, you may also switch browsers altogether.
If you're using Google Chrome, we recommend trying this fix to eliminate any "flashing" issues. Please find the option on your browser to Reset Browser Settings, and follow any prompts to complete this process. If for any reason this doesn't correct the issue, you may also try to remove and reinstall the Chrome browser.
If you have any further questions or are still experiencing difficulties, please contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to review your options with a Tech Support Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please let us know if you have any other questions Eric. Have a good weekend and enjoy the rest of your day.

That stopped the login page from flashing, but now while I CAN press the "Enter"button, it does nothing. Normally if you right-click on a link, you get "open link in new tab" "Open link in new page" etc in the menu. What I get is "Back" and "Reload" as if this is just another part of the page. The button has animation that makes it look like it is being pressed, but it does nothing.
Yes, I have reset all flags to default.
Yes, I have reset all plugins to default.
I just upgraded to Windows 10 and got a brand new Chrome browser with it.
