Good afternoon, Dominique, and thanks for bringing your concerns to TD Helps today.
We're sorry to hear that some unauthorized transactions may have been debited from your account, but please don't worry, as we're here to help!
Here at TD Bank, the security of our Customers and their accounts is our number our priority, and in the unfortunate event that a transaction you did not authorize is debited from your account, you're more than welcome to connect with us, and we'll be happy to file a dispute on your behalf!
You have a couple different ways you may file a dispute, and we'd first like to recommend that you call 1-888-751-9000 to speak with one of our knowledgeable Banking Specialist. For your convenience, Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you're unable to call, that's okay, as you may also visit your nearest TD Store location to file a dispute with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Before your call or visit, we'd like to mention that when filing a dispute, please know that the transaction must have already posted, and can no longer be reflected in your 'Pending' transactions.
We sincerely hope this provides you with some peace of mind, Dominique, and we look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Take care, and have a great afternoon.
