I believe I may be paying for a service I no longer am using. I don't recognize the initials GLAIC. I'd like to call them and find out what the payment is for. Can you help?

We notice that you're writing into us from Tokyo, and if you are currently not in the United States, you can also reach us by calling collect from any landline phone, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial (215)-569-0518. After verification, a Banking Specialist will be happy to help answer any questions or concerns that you may have in regard to your transactions.

If calling or visiting a TD Store location isn't convenient for you, you have the option of sending us a Secure Message as well. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
