You are assuming that a "Manage Your Bills" button exists. I cannot find it. This should be very simple, but it is only frustrating. Please help.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble using Bill Pay, Kenneth. We’d be glad to help.
Please know that you are able to sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in, you are able to edit your payee information by selecting the Bill Pay tab. Once you make this selection, you're immediately brought to the Payment Center where you're able to select any payee from the list to edit their information.
To display and edit your payee information, please select the specific biller and then Details beneath their name.
If you have any trouble making changes, we ask that you contact us directly. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
