They spelled my name wrong on my monthly statement, how can i get it corrected and they reprint or email me a new statement??? because i need it for another institution.

We do recommend visiting a TD Bank location during lobby hours with proper ID. A valid driver's license, state ID or passport would be sufficient. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. One of our Customer Service Representatives can correct the error and the change would reflect within 3-5 business days. You may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can verify that the changes have been made after this time frame.
Once the correction has been made, you have a couple of options to retrieve a copy of your statement. The quickest way to receive a copy of your statement is through Online Banking. . If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562. You also have the option of visiting a TD Bank Store for a statement as well.
