There could be any number of reasons that the online app did not work for you. It could have been something as simple as an address misspelling that prevented it from being verified. If you'd like, you can try to do the application online again.
If that doesn’t work, you may still be able to open an account with us by phone or in one of our Stores. To open the account by phone, just give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
