the last time i used my card,it was declined.Im not sure why.When i checked my credit balance,i still have it.

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to call our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 by dialing 888-561-8861. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to determine why your card was declined.
If this is in regards to your debit card, we ask that you contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They would also be happy to review your account after verification, to determine why you've encountered an acceptance issue.
