there was no fee previously charged. what was the change in my account?

We hope you're having a good afternoon, Thomas! Sorry for any confusion this may have caused but we would be happy to assist you with your account.
On some of our accounts, there is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. If the account falls below the required minimum balance on one or more days in the statement cycle, the maintenance fee would be assessed on the last day of the statement cycle.
