Welcome to TD Helps and the TD Bank family, Waiying! We're glad you're here and will be happy to go over your new account with you.
If your account was established by phone or via online, you can visit any TD Bank Store location to make your first deposit prior receiving your new debit card in the mail. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Although it is recommended to make your initial deposit within 14 calendar days of opening your new TD Account, you will be pleased to hear that you do have 45 days to make the deposit.
We also invite you to check out our Personal Deposit Account Agreement and the Standard Funds Availability section here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (Pages 38- 41).
Feel free to contact us at your convenience 24/7 at 888-751-9000 if you have any further questions. Or, you're more than welcome at any local TD Bank Store; please see http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a location near you.
Thanks again, Waiying for visiting us today and please stop by again anytime. We hope this has been helpful!
