If you intend to close your current CD account, we kindly ask that you bring your original certificate as well as a valid form of ID with you to one of our Stores. If you have misplaced the certificate, we'll assist you in filling out an Affidavit of Lost Certificate when you stop in. Please also keep in mind that if you'll be closing your CD prior to the maturity date, a penalty can apply and this amount can vary depending on the term.
