Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Nancy. We’d be glad to clarify.
You are able to receive an instant issue Debit Card by speaking with a Customer Service Representative at any TD Store near you. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please keep in mind that there are other ways to receive a new Debit Card. We invite you to call one of our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, who are available 24/7. They can verify your address on file and issue a replacement card for you, which will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days.
Another way to request a card is by sending a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." When doing so, please include your current address so that we can ensure we're mailing the card to the right location for you.
If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to do so at any time by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to complete the process, you will need your account number, ATM/debit card number, Social Security Number and email address. Once you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s). If you have any trouble enrolling, feel free to call us by using the 24/7 number listed above.
We hope this helps, Nancy and have a good afternoon.
