I want to know if I can use an old school ID. I just graduated from high school and I won't be going to start college until January so I don't have a new ID yet. I don't have a driver's license or a learner's permit. For the proof of address does it have to be something from within 90 days? For example, I have a mail that I got June 20. Would I be able to use that?
