In order to process a verification of a mortgage or loan, a signed authorization is needed by the customer. Customers can fax the request to 207-755-4403. If the loan is a legacy Riverside loan they can fax the request to 772-236-2385. Commercial loans can be faxed to 856-533-7138.
Request must include:
Provide a verification of mortgage letter for loan #
Fax number to send request to or send the letter to address on file
Signature of Customer
Consumer requests will be processed within 2 business days. Mortgage and Commercial requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.

You only answer a portion of this question... you gave info for loans... not for deposit accounts.
I am an audit manager/cpa... we send out bank balance confirmations, and TD consistently refers us to confirmation.com
Our firm primarily audits local governments, school boards, and non-profit organizations... paying the fee to confirmation.com (and passing along the cost to our client) is not feasible for this type of client due to budget constraints on their end, and extremely low profit margins on our end... also, we are required by law to confirm these balances in the audit. Can you please provide me with contact info for faxing/emailing/or snail mail to process balance confirmations for our firm? Thank you for your time

I was given a different fax # and have since faxed over our request to the fax # above. However, what is the turnaround time and what # can I call to ensure that my fax was received and that my request is being processed? Thank you in advance for any additional information you're able to provide.

Thank you for your note. Can you please provide the same information for TD Canada Trust? I understand that you are different entities; however we are unable to locate a deposit confirmation contact for the Canadian entity.
