Good afternoon, George. Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question!
The insufficient funds notice that you may have received is intended to be a notification for your records. As no action is required from that letter, there is not an address to which a response letter can be sent. While we may not be able to provide an address, we would still like to help.
If you have questions or concerns about the letter that you received, we would be happy to discuss it with you. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 888-751-9000. We also invite you to stop in to see us at any TD Bank Store near you. You can find our locations by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
As an additional option, you can reach us by sending a secure message through your online banking. To do this, visit www.tdbank.com and logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can also do this by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We look forward to speaking with you soon, George!
