I want to become an Online Banking customer but my account is locked. I never was able before to login in, I did everything in person but now I am getting tired of going in person to print my statements. What can I do or Customer Service to help me?

We're sorry to hear that your online account is locked, Melisa. We'd be glad to help you regain access.
You are able to call a Banking Specialist 24/7 to unlock your online account. They are available 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562 option 2 for BusinessDirect).
If you prefer, you are also able to restore your online account by visiting any TD Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Once you're able to sign in to Online Banking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to view/print your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements for.
3. Click on the 'Statements & Notices' tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click 'View Statement'.
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement.
