Tonight I went to my local TD Bank branch, inserted my card into the ATM and it ate my card. The message on the screen stated my card was kept due to security reasons? What should I do to get my card back?

Hello, Robert, hope your day is going well. We are sorry to hear about your TD Debit Card and would be happy to help point you in the right direction.
In this case, a new TD Debit Card will need to be issued; we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
To obtain a new TD Debit Card, we ask that you visit your local TD Store for further assistance. With our Instant Issue machines, you can leave that day with a new card in hand! If you do not need a card immediately, you can call us at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and would be happy to request a new card. You should then expect to receive your card via mail within 7-10 business days in a regular with envelope.
Additionally, our Specialists at any TD Store and via telephone would be happy to review your account and provide assistance as to why this happened to your TD Debit Card.
If you are not a TD Customer and this happened to your debit card, we recommend connecting with your Financial Institution for further assistance.
