Touch ID disappeared from my mobile app. i didn't change phones it all of a sudden disappeared and is not prompted when i try to enter my accounts. Is it because of an update? how do i re-enable it?

Thanks for joining us today, Daniel. We're sorry for any inconvenience not being able to use your Touch ID has caused.
It seems as though the app you currently have installed on your smartphone needs to be updated. You may either update our app through the App Store on your phone, or un-install then re-install the app.
