I am using the TD direct investment account for the first time to purchase mutual funds and it is asking me for enter "trading password". I never set any trading password and I cannot remove the trading password in the preferences either. What should I do? Thanks.

We understand your concern, Archer and we'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
Based on your location, we recommend that you reach out to our friends at TD Canada Trust directly as you've reached TD Bank in the U.S.
You are able to submit your question to the Canadian TD Helps Team by visiting here: http://go.td.com/1QBOF4U. Once our friends on the Canadian Team receive your question, we're sure they will provide their best answer. Keep in mind that TD Helps in both the U.S. and Canada are considered unsecured forums. Because of this we ask that you do not share personal/account information for security reasons.
If you prefer to speak with a Representative at TD Canada Trust directly, we recommend taking a look at their contact options here:http://go.td.com/1woOVay.
We hope this helps, Archer. Have a good day!
