Alvin, thank you for contacting us through TD Helps! We would be more than happy to provide you with ways to make transfers between accounts.
Online Banking is an extremely fast and easy way to transfer between your accounts. You can make transfers between TD Bank Checking and Savings (or vice-versa) accounts at any time. Log in to Online Banking https://onlinebanking.tdbank.com/, go to the Transfers tab, and make an immediate transfer. You can also schedule transfers between your TD Bank accounts by entering the amount, date, frequency and end date.
If you still have not enrolled on Online Banking, you can set up an account at http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. It is completely free, fast, and secure! You may also contact us at customer service 888-751-9000 or visit a near TD Bank store to assist you with making your transfers for you. Please note, transfers will be applied to your account the same business day as long as the transfer is made prior to 11:00pm EST. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Feel free to also use any TD ATM to make a transfer as well - transfers made at any TD ATM should be effective immediately if made before 8:00pm EST (transfers made after 8:00pm EST will reflect on the following business day).
Please know as we would like to assist you here on TD Helps directly, we do not have access to personal/account information on this public and unsecured forum.
If you have any other questions please let us know, have a wonderful day, Alvin!
