I understand if I schedule a transfer using www.TDbank.com to an account outside of TD (Ally Bank) I will be charged a fee of $3.00. However, if I schedule the transfer using the Ally online banking (Ally.com - no fee), will I still be charged a $3.00 fee by TD since it's initiated by Ally?
Thank you in advance for your assistance and I look forward to hearing from you.

Good evening, William and thanks for checking out TD Helps! Great question and we'll be glad to advise you.
If you choose to initiate a transfer of funds at another financial institution you may use, TD Bank will not charge you a fee for this debit (an ACH debit). Fees would only be assessed for this type of transfer in the instance that you're using our External Transfers service, and see our current Fee Schedule at this link: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We do encourage you to contact the other institution to ensure they will also not assess any fees. Additionally please be sure to keep sufficient funds in your account for the withdrawal to avoid any overdraft fees.
If you have any additional questions or concerns about our External Transfers service, you may contact us directly at 800-493-7562. Our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to assist you. You may also visit your nearest TD Store for help. For lobby hours and locations nearby please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps, William and thanks again for the question!
