Does it cost to have my act funded from my IRA? Wire fee? Do I need to set up the account for $25 first and then make the transfer?

Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps tonight, Steve! We'll be glad to guide you in the right direction regarding your IRA question.
In general, it does not cost to fund an account with us. However, since you've mentioned that the funds would be coming from your IRA, we recommend reaching out to banking institution that holds your IRA for assistance.
If your IRA is with TD Bank, feel free to call our IRA Department at 800-231-8193, Option 4 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM EST.) We'll be sure to answer any questions you may have.
We hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions in the future, Steve! Take care.
