Hi there, Nico,
We appreciate you reaching out to us on this, and we're sorry to hear that you're having a bit of trouble with this wire.
Since it sounds like you're sending the funds to a branch in Vancouver and you've reached us here at TD Bank in the States, we invite you to post your question to our partners at TD Canada Trust. Their TD Helps page can be found here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr.
If you prefer to speak with an agent directly, you have a variety of contact options as well on this page:
http://bit.ly/1woOVay, including a number to use from abroad when you click on the "View our Telephone Directory" link.
We hope this provides some help for you, Nico.
Best of luck with this and wishing you a great week!
