I am currently in India and trying to transfer funds from my TD account to my spouse's CitiBank account. Since I am physically out of the USA I am not getting proper channel to make this transfer happen. Please let me know if there is option to transfer funds in such case.

Based on the information you provided, we think our Person-to-Person Payment service may best fit your needs.
Our Person-to-Person Payment service provides flexible ways to send and receive money to and from any individual's bank account within the United States. It is simple and secure, with several delivery options. Please be advised that this service is only available via our full site at this time, not via our Mobile App.
Please know that in order to be eligible to use the Person-to-Person payment service, you must have a United States address, a unique United States phone number, a United States issued Social Security number and a valid unique email address. You must also be enrolled for Online Banking and be using a personal TD Bank Checking or Money Market account for the transfer. Please also note that Person-to-Person payment will only allow you to transfer funds from your TD Bank Account to any other individual's bank account within the United States.
If you have met all the requirements listed above and are also enrolled for online banking, you’ll need to be logged in to Online Banking from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq in order to initiate a Person-to-Person payment:
- First, you must enroll in the service. To do so, you would select the tab that says Person-to-Person payments at the top of your Online Banking screen.
- Then, you will be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you.
- Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your Personal account, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us via telephone to speak with a 24/7 Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, they would be happy to help get you started. When you are calling from any country outside the United States, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 if you are able to gain access to a land line phone.
