Hi Alan! Thanks for reaching out to us.
TD Bank Online Banking gives you the option to transfer money to your accounts at other financial institutions and we'd be happy to provide you with instructions!
To begin, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select the 'Transfers' tab. Along the top select the hyperlink for 'Transfer to Accounts outside of TD Bank'. You'll be asked to enroll and accept Terms and Conditions. You may also be asked to verify your email or phone number. Once enrollment is completed, you'll be all set to start right away!
You will have the option to send next day and 3 day transfers; however, for your first transfer you will only have the ability to complete a 3 day transfer. You should be able to begin initiating next day transfers after 90 days from your first transfer, as long as there have been no NSFs on the account.
There may be a fee for using this service to transfer money out. It is always free to request money from your account at another financial institution. We encourage you to review the Personal Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2kFZ5mK to find up-to-date information about those costs.
If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to give our Tech Support Team a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We hope you have a great week ahead of you, Alan! Take care.
