Hi, if I'd like to transfer my funds from a TD account to another non-TD bank account (bank to bank transfer)can I do it online through my TD online banking (instead of the Wire Transfer)? If so, how can I do it and how will TD charge me for the transfer fee?

It's great to hear from you today, Laura.
This is an excellent question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, we do offer the ability to perform Person to Person transfers using our Send Money feature, as well as allow our Customer's to transfer funds from their TD Bank account to an account they may hold with another financial institution; however, we notice that you're writing into us today from Montreal, QC. Because of this, we believe that your account may be with TD Canada Trust, and not TD Bank.
If this is the case, we'd like to recommend that you call and speak with TD Canada Trust in regard to your concerns. While we both share the same TD shield, please understand that TD Bank and TD Canada Trust are different entities, and we are unfortunately unable to access any accounts you may have with Canada Trust.
However, don't worry! We have provided a link here https://go.td.com/1woOVay with all the options that you have when wanting to contact TD Canada Trust.
In addition, you may also send your question again through TD Canada Trusts TD Helps by following the link provided here: https://go.td.com/1Ymzfmu.
A Live Customer Service Specialist may also be reached by dialing 1-866-222-3456. Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will be more than happy to further assist you with any questions you may have.
We apologize again for any inconvenience, Laura, but we hope this helps.
Have a great Wednesday!
