Is there a service fee for the process of transferring money from my premier checking account to fedloan account or bank of america checking accounts??
What is the best strategy for me to do this?

Happy Wednesday, Steve, and thanks for bringing your question to TD Helps.
We'll be more than happy to assist you with transferring funds from your TD Bank account to an account with another financial institution!
Here at TD Bank, we offer two different transfer features via our Personal Online Banking, and the feature you'll want to use to transfer funds to another account can vary depending on who you'll be sending the funds to.
If you'll be performing a transfer to an account that you have at another financial institution, you're welcome to take advantage of our External Transfer feature, and to access this feature, you'll first want to log into your online banking using the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled, that's okay, as you can start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number.
Once you've successfully logged in, towards the top of your screen, you should see a tab that reads 'Transfers.' By clicking on the this tab, you'll be brought to a screen where you'll have the ability to make a transfer between your TD Bank accounts, use our Send Money Feature, or transfer funds to an account outside of TD Bank. As this is the feature you'll want to take advantage of, you'll want to click on the tab that reads 'With Accounts Outside of TD.'
If you haven't yet added your external account, you can add it by clicking on the hyperlink that reads 'Add a New Account', and once you're done, you may then enter in the amount of your transfer, your 'To' and 'From' account, followed by the date, and if you'd like, you may even include a memo.

If you're not looking to transfer funds to an external account you may have, but rather a friend or family member, you may take advantage of our Send Money feature. As mentioned above, our Send Money feature can be accessed through the 'Transfers' tab. After clicking on this tab, simply select 'Send Money.' With our Send Money feature, you'll have the ability to not only send funds, but to also request and split them!
If you have never used this feature before, you will need to add your payee. To add a payee, you're welcome to click on any of the Send Money tabs, either 'Send', 'Request', or 'Split'. From here, you should see a link that reads 'Add New Contact.' After clicking on this link, you'll be asked to enter in your payee's first and last name, followed by either their phone number, email address, or account number.
It's important to note that the option you choose is how your payee will receive their transfer, either through a text message, an email, or direct deposit into their account. Additionally, should you wish to have the funds directly credited to their account, please know that you will also need your payee's routing number.
If you'd like, you may also add a new contact using the 'Setting' tab.
Once your payee has been added, to get started on your transfer, you'll first want to click on their name. Next, you may then select the amount, followed by the delivery speed, and the account you would like the funds to be debited from. Once this has been completed, hit review, and if you have ensured that the information provided is correct, click 'Send'!
