I want to transfer $5000 at a time to another bank for the $3.00 fee, not $2000 at a time. What can I do to move the larger amount?

It is a pleasure to have you here on TD Helps, Glenn.
TD Bank has placed limits on the amount available for external transfers for our Customers' account security. With that being said, the limits on transfers made are based off of the relationship between the customer and TD Bank. For the information on limits regarding this service, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (Pg. 3, section 1.16). Generally, all customers are supplied with our Standard Limits for this service. Usually, if you have no Insufficient Funds occurrences for 90 Days, the limit is increased to our Higher Limit automatically at the discretion of the bank. Your individual transaction limits are available once you log in to your TD Bank account online; please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Click on the information icon to the right of the amount box when entering this information for a transfer.
If you find you have any questions about our Transfer services, you're more than welcome to contact a Tech Support Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562, or stop in at any nearby TD Bank Store by finding a location here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please don't hesitate to ask us more questions if you have any and have a nice day.
