I want to send money from my TD Bank account to my daughters td bank account. Is that free?

If you are a signer on your daughter's TD account, you may transfer funds from your TD account to her account for free by utilizing your TD Online Banking.
However, if you are not a signer on her account, you can still transfer funds to your daughter via TD Online Banking by using our Person-to-Person payment feature; you can use this feature to send funds to anyone that has an account at TD Bank or any other Financial Institution within the US. To use this service or to transfer funds, you'll want to enroll in Online Banking. If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking for your account, please visit: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY sign-up. You will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, Social Security number, and email address. Please follow the prompts, and you'll have three short steps to complete. Once these are finished, you'll be online right away. Or if you're already enrolled, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log-in.
Once logged in, you may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next, we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send a payment!
When sending a Person-to-Person Payment, you will have two delivery options, three-day or next-day delivery. To qualify for the next-day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days.
