Paypal says it's completed. My TD bank account says there's a pending transaction. What does it mean if there's a pending transaction from paypal that says "Purchase Authorization Paypal" under the Description, $0.00 under the Debit column, and nothing at all under Credit? The credit from paypal should have been for 100, so why is it not saying that?

Hi Tatyana. We understand how this type of charge can be confusing, but we're here to help.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to your account information to review this charge, but we'd be happy to provide some general info that may be of some help.
Often times, companies will do a $0.00 authorization as verification that the account or debit card is open and active prior to putting through the full dollar amount. This is especially true with money transfers in or out of your account.
Since PayPal is showing this transaction as completed, it is entirely possible that we simply have not received the funds from them yet. To check on this, please give us a call at 888-751-9000. We're available 24/7 to review your specific situation and provide any information we may have. You are also invited to stop in to see us at any of our Stores. You can find a location near you, by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We look forward to talking with you soon. Have a great day, Tatyana!
