I do everything right and get a message "...use numeric keys". I have tried both sets of keys and get the same message. I used to be able to transfer easily!

It sounds like you are placing a punctuation mark such as a comma when you are imputing the dollar amount for your transfer. If that's so, to make the transfer successfully, please remove the comma and the transfer should post.
