Based on your message, it sounds like you have both personal and business accounts with us here at TD and you'd like to transfer between them. Thank you for your business! We'll be glad to provide some options for this.
When viewing your accounts online, it is possible to view both your business and personal accounts together on the same profile so that you'll be able to transfers between them. The process to do this can vary depending on how your accounts are currently set up, so we'll review each option.
First, we may be able to link your accounts this way over the phone. If you're currently using Personal Online Banking to access your accounts (if you'd like to check, the login can be found here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq) and you'd like to add your business account for viewing, we'll be able to complete this via phone if you're the only signer listed on your business account. You're welcome to contact one of our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to complete this.
If you're accessing Personal Online Banking and your business account has any signers other than yourself, we must receive a signed, written authorization from each authorized signer on the business account. You may bring this information to your nearest TD Bank or fax this authorization to 856-533-7647.
Please provide the following information in your fax:
- Account number
- A brief statement requesting your business account to be accessed under your personal User Name and Password
- The printed names and signatures of all authorized signers on the account
If you're currently viewing your business accounts via TD Bank BusinessDirect (found here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8) and you'd like to view your personal account there instead, you will need to visit your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours to submit this request in person.
