Is there a way I can open an HSA account with your bank, transfer funds from outside existing account and not incur any fees charged by your account (I have 2 accounts (not HSA types ) currently in your bank )

With all the features of a Checking account and competitive, tiered interest rates, TD Bank’s Health Savings Account (HSA) is designed to help you save for, and pay for, medical expenses. HSAs have valuable tax advantages, and give you flexible options for managing health care costs.
When you're ready, you only need to bring a valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID etc.) and Social Security number with you in order to open an HSA account. You will need to visit your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours to open it. To find TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You also mentioned that you would like to transfer funds from your existing HSA account to your new HSA account at TD Bank. We'd be glad to answer this question as well.
First, TD Bank currently does not charge fees when funds are being transferred into your HSA account. Depending on the type of the transfers you are planning to make, for example rolling over the entire balance from your existing account into your new TD Bank account, or just transferring a portion of your funds, different forms may be required to be filled out at your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours and your signature is required for this type of request.
