Great question, Fionnbarr. We'd be glad to help you send a wire.
To initiate a domestic or international wire transfer from your account, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
To send a domestic wire you will need the name, address and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address and the account number.
To send an international wire all you need is:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
We also recommend reaching out to the other financial institution to determine if any additional information is required.
Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with the sending of a wire transfer. To learn more please visit http://go.td.com/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps and have a good day.

Is there any way that I can authorise someone else to take out my money then? As I opened the account while i was in the U.S on a J1 working visa, I am now back in Ireland and won't be in America for the foreseeable future.
I am trying to transfer money from My TDbank account to my local bank account here as I can't use the TD bank account from here

Welcome back, Fionnbarr.
At this time, an International Wire can only be instigated by signers on your account from a TD Bank Store location. If you have a different signer already listed on your account, they would be able to initiate the transfer.
Generally, in order to add a joint account signer to an existing TD Bank account, both parties must be visiting a TD Bank Store together. Please make sure both parties, including you, bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number.
If you are unable to do so, we recommend reaching out to your local TD Bank Store or the TD location where your account was originally opened at by telephone to determine if there is another option to add another signer to your account without you being present. To find out TD store locations and telephone numbers near you, please visit, http://go.td.com/1WxWpIB.
We're always here to help out, Fionnbarr. Feel free to reach out to us with any other questions.
