Good afternoon Titi,
Thanks for joining us today! We do have some options to transfer funds to your mom and we'll be happy to go over them for you now.
First, seeing that you're looking to transfer funds from your personal TD Bank account to your mom's account at TD Bank, Person–to–Person transfers would be a great and convenient option for you. Keep in mind that you can also use this for sending funds to other banks, if you may need that in the future. We invite you here: http://bit.ly/1h4ZIkL for a little more information. We'll walk you through the enrollment for this service to get you started. Nominal fees would apply and you're welcome to check out our current Fee Schedule for more info: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you are already enrolled in Online Banking, please click here to log in: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After logging onto your account, you can click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send funds to your mom!
When sending a transfer, you will have two delivery options, three-day or next-day delivery. To qualify for the next-day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. For the Transfers Terms and Conditions you can take a look at: http://bit.ly/1lkiC6K.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking for your personal accounts, no worries - we have you covered! You may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card, your Social Security number and your email address. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
Just in case you're missing any of the information you would need to set up Online Banking, or if you need assistance with enrolling or a transfer, you can get in touch with our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you prefer a no-fee option, then you can also visit us at any TD Bank Store to make a deposit directly to your mom's account. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
We hope this is helpful info for you!
All the best and have a wonderful afternoon.
