We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Azamat. We'd be glad to help.
As you've mentioned that you're having trouble with the routing number, we recommend reaching out to your other financial institution so they may clarify the routing number. If you're still having trouble, please feel free to contact our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562.
Please know that if you are attempting to send funds internationally, you are unable to complete this type of transaction online at this time.
In order to send an international wire, we ask that you visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To send an international wire, you will need:
· The full name, address, including city, state/province, country and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name and address, including city, state/province and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
· The amount and currency of the transfer
Keep in mind that there may be fees assessed for the sending of an international wire. To take a look at the fees that may be applied, please visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps and have a lovely day!
