Welcome to TD Helps, Lynn. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
Transfers from other institutions are credited to your account when we receive them. Keep in mind that there may be delays based on how you scheduled the transfer with your other institution. For example, a transfer made online may take more time than a transfer scheduled with your account and routing number. You may want to reach out to your institution to inquire as to how long it takes on their end.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
If you would like to discuss your account in greater detail, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to call our 24/7 Banking Specialists by dialing 888-751-9000 or feel free to visit any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope to hear from you soon, Lynn and have a good day.
