Good Morning, Sandra. We're glad you stopped by today, and we'll be happy to help!
There are several ways that you may place a travel note on your account, and we'll certainly go over each option.
First, you may always call us at 888-751-9000, as our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are traveling overseas, you may reach us at (856)-751-9000, or collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518. Upon account verification, a Representative will be able to place the travel note for your account. In addition to calling, you may also visit your local TD Bank Store, and we invite you to click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our Store locations and hours.
If you are currently enrolled in online banking, you may also send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. If you decide to send us a message, please include the dates of your travel, as well as the destination and any stops.
If you are not currently enrolled in online banking, you may use our self-service option by visiting: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once you're at the page, please select 'Personal' from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s), and you will be able to send us a secure message as mentioned above!
We hope that this information helps, Sandra, and that you have a safe trip! Take care.
