I am traveling in Europe, in London now, for 5 days, and my card keeps being declined, even though I alerted you that I would be traveling. Can you check to assure the travel alert is noted on my account?

Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Christine. We are sorry to hear that you're unable to make purchases with your Debit Card while in Europe and would more than happy to guide you in the right direction.
As this is pertaining to your specific account, we would need to review this further with you. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. Please feel free to call us 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account and your card with you. If you are calling from Europe, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 if you are able to gain access to a land line phone.
Also, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile.
