I can't verify my external account. I only received one trial deposit, but the verification window asks for two. How do I verify my external account?

We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble verifying your external accounts, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, when an external account is to be verified, you should receive two small deposits to your external account. As you mentioned that you only received one of these deposits, we'd first like to recommend speaking with the financial institution you hold this external account with to determine if the second deposit has yet to post. If, after doing, they have informed you that they are unable to view any additional deposits, we'd then like to recommend that you connect with us directly.

Once on the phone, one of our Specialists will be more than happy to troubleshoot your concerns with you so that you may have access to TD Bank's External Transfer feature as soon as possible.
