I'm having trouble downloading my statements (I used to be able to do it just fine). Adobe Acrobat error message says "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired." I've tried in both Firefox and IE.

Since it doesn’t sound like you have any browser issues, we recommend checking that you have the newest versions of your software you mention.
