The TD "Add an Account" link on Transfers only allows a 9 digit routing number to be inserted. My Ally routing number is 10 digits. What am I doing wrong?

Good afternoon, Joseph. Welcome to TD Helps and thanks for sending us your question this way.
Please be advised that an ABA routing transit number is a nine digit code. Therefore, we recommend reaching out to Ally Bank to confirm your routing number before linking this account again via your TD online banking profile.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Tech Support Team 24/7 at 800-493-7562. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
