Thank you for dropping by at TD Helps, James. We sincerely appreciate you opening another account with TD Bank.
If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking for your existing Checking account, your new Checking account should be added to your existing Online Banking profile automatically if they are both personal accounts under your name or both business accounts under the same TIN and business name.
If the answer is yes to either of the two scenarios listed above and you are still not seeing the new Checking account online, we ask you please contact our Digital Banking Team 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to add the new account to your Online Banking in no time. Also you can visit your local TD Bank Store with your valid photo ID during the lobby hours, where a Representative will be able to help you. Please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for all your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact our Digital Banking Team at the number listed above for further assistance.
If the new Checking account is a business account and is registered under a different TIN from your existing account, you will need to enroll for our Online Banking for this new account.
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password.
In case you don't have a debit card or have any additional questions, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help.
Thanks again for visiting us, James and have a wonderful day!
