Trying to change my online password. The change password page will not let me use paste to enter my current and new password

Thanks for visiting TD Helps today, Robert. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction.
If you currently know both your username and password and you’re looking to change the information, you can do so by clicking on the “Customer Service” tab; once you've logged onto your account online at www.tdbank.com . In the “Customer Service” tab, there will be a “Self Service” portion and under that portion, you will see a link to “Change Username” and a separate link to “Change Password”.
If you remember your Online Banking user name but have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by selecting the "Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field on the Log In page at www.tdbank.com or by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. After you select the Trouble Logging In” link", you will be taken to the "Reset Your Password" page. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
