Welcome to TD Helps, John. We'd be happy to review ways to check your balance.
If you are already enrolled in Online Banking, you can log in anytime by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, you'll be able to check your balance, schedule bills and more! If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, you may do so at any time by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number; Social Security number and email address complete the instructions. After you're finished you will have immediate access to your account(s). If you have any trouble enrolling you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance.
If you have a business account with us and would like to enroll for online access, that's okay too! You may follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6t to be taken to the enrollment page for BusinessDirect. To complete the application, you will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and Password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to Online Banking, you may visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are already enrolled for BusinessDirect, you can log in at any time here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
There are times where you aren't near a computer to check your balance but don't worry! If you have a iPhone, Android or Blackberry, you can download our Mobile Banking Application for your personal account or your business! Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H for more information and to download the personal account app or here: http://bit.ly/YVa4y6 for your business! The user name and password you'll need to use are the same that you currently do for Online Banking.
Keep in mind that you may also visit a TD Store to check your balance at the ATM or with the Tellers during lobby and drive through hours! You may also contact the number listed above to use our Automated System or speak with our 24/7 live Representatives who'd be happy to help with checking your balance. If you decide to check your balance at a non-TD ATM, fees may be applied and we ask that you take a look at the potential fees here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If you have any further questions, John please let us know. Have a great day.
