Welcome to TD Helps, Tiffany. We'll be glad to direct you on where to find your account number.
The easiest way to retrieve your account number is to log in to your TD Bank Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you log in, you will be viewing the Accounts tab, which immediately lists any accounts you have and their full account numbers. Please keep in mind that if you are already banking online and use the TD Mobile App on your phone or other device, it would be necessary to log in to our full site at the link above to view the account number.
If you don't have an Online Banking account at this time, no worries! You're welcome to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can enroll you after account verification.
Another convenient way to locate your account number is via your checks or account statements. If you have a Checking account with TD Bank and have a supply of checks, your account number is located on the bottom of your check, to the right of the routing number. Also, if you receive paper statements for your account and have any handy, your account number is located in the top right corner of your paper statement.
Otherwise, you are welcome to visit any TD Bank Store during our lobby hours and a friendly Representative will be happy to provide you with your account number. Please make sure to bring photo ID with you in order to obtain this information. To find a Store near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please be informed that for the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via TD Helps, e-mail or over the phone.
Have a great weekend, Tiffany and please let us know if you have any other questions.
