Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Raj. We'd be happy to assist.
Generally "tenants in common" refers to joint ownership of physical property. At TD Bank, we do offer joint accounts in which both signers have equal access and ownership of the funds in these types of accounts.
If you would like to discuss your revocable trust account(s) or open a joint account, we ask that you visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. You are able to take a look at TD Stores near you by visiting http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Upon your visit, please be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. such as a Driver's License, State issued photo I.D., or Passport and your Social Security Number.
We hope to see you at a TD Store soon, Raj and have a good day.
