Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, James. Welcome to the community!
If you're in need of statements for your checking accounts, these should be available to you online as long as your account was open and in an active status during the statement periods you're requesting.
If you're not able to locate the statements for your checking accounts, you may also want to review your savings account statement to determine if your statements for your accounts are combined. If so, all account statements are available under one account and would be printed on a single statement. In addition, if your checking accounts are held jointly, it's also possible that your statements are combined under the joint owner's account. In that case, they'll need to provide you with a copy or request to remove the combined statements for you.
To better assist you, if you're still unable to locate these statements online, we invite you to give one of our friendly Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They'll be able to ensure that you're receiving statements for your account and provide you with other convenient options to obtain them, as well as also order them for you via mail. Or, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for assistance. As we would like to assist you directly, we apologize as we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
Thanks again for connecting with us and we hope this helps, James! All the best and have a great evening.
