Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Shama. We'd be happy to help provide details on how to obtain your statements for your TD Checking account.
Did you know that you may view and obtain statement copies for your account online via your TD Online Banking? If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have not yet enrolled for online banking and have a TD Bank Debit card, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank Debit card or are experiencing any difficulties while doing the online enrollment, you may contact our Banking Specialists who are available 24/7. When calling our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, we do require account verification, for security purposes.
You may also request statement copies by sending us a Secure Message. To send a Secure Message, after you log onto your TD Online Banking, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Additionally, you may request to have your statements mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. You should expect to receive your statements at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
Also, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
We hope this helps, Shama. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to let us know. Have a great weekend!
