TD Ameritrade is our brokerage affiliate and also falls under the TD Shield. Though we are affiliated, we are two different business entities. We offer a mobile app for your Checking and Savings Accounts, and if you have an Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. You can also visit the App Store or Google Play in your phone for a direct download.
Once you have successfully downloaded our Mobile App on your device, to access your account you should use the same User Name and Password that you're using on our full website for your TD Bank Online Banking account.
If you haven't signed up yet for TD Bank Online Banking, don't worry! Enrolling for this service is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can begin using the TD Mobile App to access your account information and make deposits.
