Keeping track of all of our User Names and passwords these days can be tricky. Luckily we're here to help. When logging in to Online Banking, it is first a good idea to make sure that your Caps Lock is off and your Num Lock is on. This could be causing Online Banking to not recognize the information you are submitting. If you currently know your username, you can reset your password using our Self-Service link here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once there, please select the Trouble Logging In link located beneath the password field. You will now be at the Reset Your Password page; select the account type and input your User Name along with the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. You will then be asked to answer your security questions. After successfully answering the security questions you will be able to create and confirm your new password. If you're unsure of your username or feel more comfortable with someone to help you, or you need to log in to TD Bank BusinessDirect, please feel free to contact one of our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, who are available 24/7. After account verification, they would be happy to help you reset your information and make sure you are able to log back in. Or, you're welcome to stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. For TD Bank Store locations, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Thanks for the question, Angelo. Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
